From optimising workflows to coordinating with mechanical handling experts, including FLT and PPT specialists, we ensured every inch of this space worked in harmony to meet the demands of a high-paced distribution hub in London.

The challenges? Planning approval in a conservation area, securing the Landlord Licence to Alter, and navigating Building Regulations and CDM 2015 compliance. Achieving BRCGS certification was the ultimate seal of quality, ensuring the facility meets the highest global standards for food safety and operational excellence.
